Collection: Frozen Skewers
Cambodian cuisine often features flavorful skewers made with beef and chicken marinated in herbs and spices such as lemongrass, turmeric, galangal, garlic, shallots, fingerroot, kaffir lime leaves, olive oil, sea salt, and organic cane sugar.
These skewers can be considered relatively healthy as they are typically grilled, pan fry, air fry, or oven until heated to 74c, which brings the best flavor to the skewers. Additionally, they are often served with pickled, rice, salad, and noodles. However, the overall healthiness of the skewers marinated with the specific ingredients and preparation methods used from our family’s recipe has been passed down by many generations!
