- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or Thai basil) for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the Angkor Harvest Kreoung paste to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
